Exactly what we access — and what we deliberately don't
Order data — no buyer identity
Order lines, statuses, totals, and ship-to city/state/country for regional planning. Ventorie does not request Amazon's restricted data roles: buyer names, street addresses, and emails are never accessed or stored.
Inventory, listings & finances
FBA inventory summaries, your seller listings (SKUs), and financial events for transport-charge allocation — your account's own operational data, nothing else.
Encrypted at rest
Authorization tokens and all stored secrets are encrypted at the application level on top of encrypted infrastructure; data moves over TLS everywhere.
Your data, deletable
Disconnecting the integration deactivates credentials and cancels notification subscriptions; deleting your organization purges all imported data.
